saw someone on biggest loser mention something about greek yogurt being very protein-ey and tasting good. now i want to try it.

googled where to buy greek yogurt with the best price and costco poppped up in the results. yup, i’m gonna go get me some greek yogurt sometime soon. and maybe the cream puffs i said i was gonna get a few months ago :0

recently, i’ve been keen on watching what i eat but once in a while i cheat myself. like seriously, i pig out occasionally after getting home from school :( tsk tsk.

from now on, i’ve decided. i have to start eating better foods. that sounds cheesy but really, I WANT TO. it’s a must that i remove that circle of blubber hanging around my stomach by the time summer comes. i want to look good AND feel good wearing shorts and tanks.

so, i need to start ruling out junk foods but i can still eat some, say like once a week? (:

braided my hair earlier this evening to create waves for my hair…successful but my hair was still kinda wet from showering.

so, i braided it again now that it’s dry and i’m gonna leave it in until i wake up tmr. hope it turns out okay…wish me luck! (;
